And yes, I am getting this house ready to sell, BUT, this is a starter home at best. It's a GREAT house for early 20 somethings to get into and get life going. Which is what Joe and I have done. To be honest the house will probably sell for 130k, that even with our extra lot. I'm not dumping a ton of money into it. I'll get it "fixed up" but I want to fix it for minimal stress on my part. Resanding is stress.
