Now claims of P320s going off all by themselves while in a holster.
Could be cases of Glock leg or not.
Note the dates as well.

There are criminals among us who are both homicidal and incorrigible. Their parents took a shot at civilizing them and failed. Their school teachers took a shot at them and failed. The odds are overwhelming that government welfare programs and penal institutions took a shot at them and failed. If it ever becomes your turn to take a shot at them, don’t fail.

There’s a prior case with a female Deputy; she took her gun belt off with the 320 still holstered, laid it on a bench and it fired in the holster.

The M9 has the firing pin block for a reason. The hammer can fall but the secondary portion of the pin will not engage the primer until the trigger is puller, lifting the block. Such a safe design.
Bet they feel like they shot themselves in the foot for not going with the M9A3.

Hahaha!!! So I would love to see the Army go crawling back to Beretta, asking all Oliver Twist style " Please Sir, may we please see That M9A3 again Sir?"WLJ wrote:Multiple lawsuits over them going off while still in the holster even after being "fixed"WLJ wrote: ↑Tue Nov 19, 2019 10:09 pmNow claims of P320s going off all by themselves while in a holster.
