I don't have the Bravo, but my B5 SOPMOD is the opposite of sloppy. It is very tight and secure. I would figure out which is out of spec, the tube or stock, and contact the appropriate company.

milspec tube and reads at 1.145 on calipers, stock hole reads anywhere from 1.186 to 1.200.
