Re: What did you pick up today?
You don't need to have a license because you can keep permit permanently if you want but I'd rather have license (I do). The classes are recommended but just know they will just drill you repeatedly on a few things and you will have to figure out the 1000's of other things live timing on the road. Take the course and use their bike which is small and easier to maneuver to learn the basics and then take it easy on your huge bike after the class. Congrats on the purchase.irishrob wrote:Picked this up for myself for Father’s Day. Now to figure out if I can ride it. Only ridden a dirt bike a couple of times. This thing is a beast. Re: What did you pick up today?
I went through the class. It’s gonna be MUCH easier on their bikes than yours. There is a box that would be very difficult on your bike as opposed to their 150cc-250cc bikes.jackalo626 wrote:You don't need to have a license because you can keep permit permanently if you want but I'd rather have license (I do). 2002 Road King classic shriner edition. 18,000 miles. It does have a rebuilt title. Original owners wife backed into the front end shortly after purchase so the front forks & fender were replaced. Price was great so if I decide it’s not for me i could make a little profit.

Re: What did you pick up today?
Got it at Fairdale hardware. 8 a quart or 25 a gallon. Have to buy 96 OZ. I opted for 3 quarts so I can take some to my house & leave a can at my daughters.

Re: What did you pick up today?
Had to use the warranty on my husqvarna mower last year. Started getting harder & harder to start & finally wouldn’t start. They tried to tell me old gas. Ended up being the gasket under the carb had a leak they kept getting worse. They fixed it free of charge.

Re: What did you pick up today?
I figured at 130 days anything inside that box was either dead of starvation or from sitting in the Moscow heat all summer.
Sat in a Moscow port for 118 days.

Re: What did you pick up today?
LOL!
The parts from the Ukraine took about 60 days to show up.
Gotta keep that arm hair!! Don't want to be like a certain member on here who shaves 100% of their body!
Seriously though, that Russian band is a pain in the ass!
The watch forum I'm on gave me a heads up about the bands. I ordered the rest of the parts about two months after I ordered the watch.
