Holy short pins, Batman!! Anderson LPK...

Houston, we have a problem!

So I'm putting my Anderson lower together, using an Anderson LPK, and I got short-sheeted! Or short pinned, rather.
No, I'm not missing a pin- the front take-down pin is too short!



I had a second Anderson LPK, and got the pin from it, and it's fine:

I got them from adayton, he's an Anderson dealer, I'm sure he'll make it right...

I am sure he will. He helped me correct some stuff they shorted me.

Is this a common thing with anderson? Recently picked up a gun built with there upper,lower, and lpk and the front pivot pin head is kind of canted.

Not sure how pins that short got thru any form of QC.

Actually I think your lower is defective.
Grind the ear until pin is flush and then no problem.

And A Dayton told me to tell you KOAxcop that when you come and get a new pin , he is going to run out of the shop and yell at the top of his lungs that you are a "poopy head".
