LC9 a keeper

I picked up an LC9 Ruger a few weeks ago. Wouldn't make it through a 7 round mag. I dismantled, cleaned, and inspected it carefully. A couple burs were noticed and polished. It has shot well after. Today I was going to carry while I the cut grass, after another box of ammo. I walked to my backstop and on the way saw a huge reptilian basalisk! I shot three times and reduced the creature to a 4 foot rat snake! Great pistol! I have a Bond Arms derringer in 45/.410 for the rattleheadedcoppermoccasins that haunt me from my youth, but the lowly 9mm protected me from running and screaming like a 5 year old girl! I shall keep this pistol. I will still carry my glock 29 daily, but for chores around the house the little ruger should suffice. Geno
