Tactical Rifle lvl 2 March 16-17th
Tactical Rifle Level 2 – Basic Course – Two Day
COST -$200
LOCATION: Lincoln Trail Gun Club, New Haven KY
AMMO REQUIREMENT – 600 ROUNDS RIFLE/300 ROUNDS PISTOL
Course Outline -
Our Level 2 – Basic course focuses on reinforcing previously learned techniques and concepts, and laying down the foundations for advanced concepts. Many of the drills will be the same as the Level 1 – Introductory course, but at an elevated pace.
Courses of Fire:
Level 1 Course Review
Modified Firing Positions
Use of Cover and Concealment
Buddy Team Movement
Stress Shoot
Buddy Team Stress Shoot
Casualty Drills
Low Light Shooting
At the end of the course students should feel increasingly familiarized with their weapon, and comfortable with all reinforced topics and drills. Students will have a grasp on tactical thinking, and a strong knowledge of what is required for them to improve.
Required Equipment:
Functioning Carbine (AK or AR Type)
Tactical-Style Sling (Single-Point, Two-Point, Three-Point)
Three (3) Magazines (Seven (7) Required for 2-Day Courses)
Magazine Carrier (Battle/Duty Belt, Chest Harness, Plate Carrier, etc.)
Vision and Hearing Protection
Appropriate Amount of Ammo (Amounts in Course Descriptions)
Weather and Activity Appropriate Attire (Dress in Layers)
An Open Mind and Willingness to Learn
Recommended Equipment:
Electronic Hearing Protection (Facilitates Better Hearing of Range Commands)
Elbow and Knee Pads (Drills May Be Conducted On Gravel or Concrete)
Gloves (Extended Firing May Mean a Hot Barrel, Rail, or Hand Guard)
Spare Parts (In the Event of a Parts Breakage, Quick Repair is Key)

I think a shot for every one hit should be a better idea...otherwise I'd just do a mag dump into the dirt...lol
