My Soul Crushing Job!!!!
So who else isa sitting at their soul crushing job right now? I am sititng here doing mounds of pointless fing paperwork to make sure peoples money gets where it needs to go as well as doing 'TPS Reports"(office space style) for the boss. I wish i could get back to doing what i enjoyed doing but get paid much better to do it.
P.S. so for those out of work, I know a job is better than no job. So sorry for you all but im still bored and hate this damn job.

My Soul Crushing Job!!!!
Checking in.
Used to love my job. Then everything got stagnant and my wife left me for the guy that sits literally 10' from me in the same cube.
Yeah....every day is a little slice of hell here

I put it out of my mind during the day. Have no choice since we work on the same team.

I really like my job when it's 60 hours and less. After that I feel like I'm missing out on stuff everywhere. Dont get to see my family or friends.
It truly beats the alternative.

Re: My Soul Crushing Job!!!!
Yup. I've lost the desire to pilot the big trucks quite some time ago. I was almost completely away from them untill the last job screwed me over. So... since I'm damn good at what I do, I went back to sittin in that left seat. First opportunity that hits (with this current company), I'll be out of the cab and into something I can really concentrate on and make a bigger difference.
I'm on stride to hit 1 million miles this year with no incidents or accidents. Clean MVR, clean DAC, zero recordable losses, and a single BS speed warning recorded on my CSA. Almost have hit my goal so it's getting close to move up in the world. Especially since the CDL-A means nearly nothing now. Training or dispatch possibly? Who knows what's next......

I know the guy that married my ex. I shook his hand and and laughed when I found out they were an item (I was still married to the wh*** at the time). I laughed as I walked away. I would not wish that b***h on anyone.
I am surprised they are still married (although he is knocking down some coin) because she called me all the time the first year or so complaining about the sex.

Re: My Soul Crushing Job!!!!
I'd say I'm in working on a transition that will end up putting me out of one of my two jobs. Soul crushing, not really now that I think of it as it is my chance to get out of corporate america and do my own thing.

Re: My Soul Crushing Job!!!!
Well
My job sucks when I have too deal with blood and guts and hog s***t.
But since I work manitence at a slaughterhouse.
It goes with the job
And even gun shop can get trying, especially tax time
