A bill just introduced in the California Legislature would limit shoes to 10 toes. Arguments are currently going on on whether or not the wording should limit 10 toes per shoe or 5 toes per shoe in a pair. Right wing opposition to the bill was met with cries of "it's for the children"
This just in, A rider bill has been added that would ban the "shoulder thing that goes up".
