My fat guy declaration
It's now been 10 days.
No cheeseburgers, fries, fried okra, fried pickles, fried chicken, pepperoni, fried chicken tenders, fried mushrooms, bacon (OK a tiny bit on salad).
I now eat baked chicken, baked fish, tons of salad and veggies and some fruit.
Ya know what? I feel fucking awesome. Just my general health feeling. Like I've not felt in years.

I agree. When you eat cleaner, you feel better. Even when your not loosing weight, you feel better. It makes a HUGE difference when your lifting heavy. Eating bad can effect your reps by a lot and even the weight your using by 50-100 lbs. depending on what your doing and your strength.

Re: My fat guy declaration
I actually tried weight loss hypnotherapy 10 days ago. I learned that most of my hunger is emotion based and that's gone. I'm now hungry at meals and don't snack. I feel motivated to exercise. He told me that once you stop thinking like a fat guy you'll stop acting like one and will ditch the habits of one.
I wasn't sure I believed in hypnosis but I'm sold. The best part about it is I'm not miserable about not eating that shit. Went to lunch with a friend. He got a big juicy cheeseburger. I got a salad with baked chicken. I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch. His burger looked tasty but didn't bother me at all.

Re: My fat guy declaration
I've been trying to eat better but it's hard to force myself to do right. It's way too easy just to grab a burger verses fixing something healthy at home.

That's awesome! I rarely snack but I crave all the shitty for you foods. Not craving the shitty stuff and actually wanting to eat mostly good stuff would make all the difference in the world to me...

Well I can't promise hypnotherapy will work on you. I'm weak minded and really thought those weren't the droids I was looking for.niceguyr6 wrote:That's awesome!
