I only plan to do a small amount each week to help build the leg muscles differently in helping to prevent repetitive motion injuries. I normally wear the Glycerins or the Peg 31s.Frailer wrote:I converted to minimalist shoes in 2006, and all my old knee problems went away.
But I went for the non-gay-looking option:

Finally 1k of the 2k ordered ammo made it today. Only took UPS over a week from all their delays.

Re: What did you pick up today?
Met up with an old friend of the family today. He is getting rid of some of his excess collection and had these for sale. He had forgotten where he got them until he saw me. Then he remembered that my father sent these to him while my dad was in VN. The old friend and my dad served in the NG and Korea together during the war and the friend loved to collect these types of crests. He gave them back to me today since he remembered they should really be mine.
These are South Vietnamese unit crests. Sort of like what our soldiers wear on the epaulets of the dress uniform.
Good people like him are hard to find anymore.

There are criminals among us who are both homicidal and incorrigible. Their parents took a shot at civilizing them and failed. Their school teachers took a shot at them and failed. The odds are overwhelming that government welfare programs and penal institutions took a shot at them and failed. If it ever becomes your turn to take a shot at them, don’t fail.

You live in Louisville. You had the opportunity to get real sauce and chose that. This doesn't look good on your street cred. LolToddstang wrote:Mike Lenings wasn't an option. Had to settle for this.

Truth be told, after seeing the kitchen at ML's and their pests problems, I haven't eaten there in years. I was in the pest control business for about 10 years and this place would rank in the top 3 of worst places to eat.

Frisch's tartar sauce for me. My doctor told me once it was ok for my diet to eat at Frisch's if I didn't get tartar sauce. My response "Why eat at Frisch's then?"

Haven't been to the restaurant in 20 years but the tartar sauce being sold with their name on it in Kroger puts all other tartar sauces to shame.Toddstang wrote:Truth be told, after seeing the kitchen at ML's and their pests problems, I haven't eaten there in years.
