Drank way too much alcohol last night but ate really well and clean the entire day yesterday
Stupid champagne. MMMMM champagne.. The gym is mine tonight!

9 out of 10 days in a row with a calorie intake of less than 1380 net! 1 day I went over by 16!

2.95 mile run this afternoon along with a short (10 min) core workout
im down about 4 or so...though I flucuate about 5-7 lbs daily depending on my water intake

I'm glad everyone is getting into this at least a few of us anyway. I like the updates.
I try to only get on the scales 1 time per week.
30 minutes at 7mph pace on the elliptical level 10 of 25. Then the regular 30 minute workout abs and back today followed by 6 miles on the bike.
Tomorrow is cardio day!

Are any of you using "myfitnesspal"? It's and online fitness/diet program that's customizable and there are apps too for android and iphone. I am PaJean on there.

I'm at 306 lb's on the nose. Down 4.4 lb's. I'm on vacation this week but doing some pretty active stuff with my nieces and nephews so hopefully it goes as well or even better next Sunday...haha Congratulations to everyone who had success and good luck to all!

I should have the replacement scale in tomorrow. Hopefully nobody will mind me putting my starting weight in late, I can't help it if the scale (supposed to weigh up to 500 pounds) failed when I put my fat arse on it

I slept in instead of gym..... much needed... damn baby keeping me awake....
