How do you know what troops the program lets you take into battle. I have some of different ones and sometimes want more of one or the other?? Not understanding this.

The lesson I've learned here is that you have too many trophies. Ditch some trophies and come down a level or two on the league tree. That's what I've done and I dominate in CW now. I grew too fast for my capabilities and was getting my butt handed to me until I dropped from Gold I to Gold III, soon to be Silver I.

You can take in whatever troops you have in your camps.

I don't see all the ones in my camps showing up on the options to select when I attack.

Barracks and camps are different. Barracks train troops, camps store them. If you have it available in the barracks they are available TO BE TRAINED. If they are in your camp, you have those troops and can attack with them.

Not in my experience. When I come back from a major attack, having expended everything I had available, there are almost always troops left in my camps, especially high value troops such as dragons.

That is what I am talking about also. My camps are NOT empty.

you may have had them training in barracks but not had enough room to put in camps. when you used your troops in the battel the camps are freed up and the trained troops will be available. to check this, click on your camp and hit the "i" for info and it will tell you what you have available to take to battle.

This.

If it's in your camp, you can attack with it. Having it in your camp after an attack doesn't necessarily mean it was there before the attack.

When you are training troops, pay attention to your xxx/xxx numbers. For example, my camp maximum is 200 slots; as I'm training troops the first number goes up... 50, 100, 120, etc. I only train up to 200 troops, maxing out my camps, that way I know all 200 clots of troops that I trained will be available. Otherwise, your camps work on a first come first serve basis... and PEKKA and dragons don't train very quickly.

If you're playing CoC and not taking advantage of the current barbarian boost, you're crazy. I've farmed my walls from almost all gold to 4/5 purple while doing other work today.

When you train barbs, they are done in about 5 seconds each. Super fast if you can get good villages to farm

Even if you only get 50k per attack you're getting 50k every four or five minutes. I'm averaging about 70k per attack I'd say, running an attack every four or five minutes if I'm paying attention. I only do it in between working on other stuff though.

In 600k gold I'll have everything maxed until my TH finishes in two days.

Make sure that before you attack your barracks are at capacity. As soon as your troops die in battle your barracks will start pumping them out immediately, during the battle. If the battle lasts the full 3 minutes my army is already back to full strength by the time it's over.

I have only been given villages with less than 10k in each resource. I gave up for the night

I had better luck in Silver 2 and Silver 1. At S3 I got a lot of low level and low loot towns.

S2 seemed to be best. S1 has more TH7s with three mortars. Three mortars and two or three wizard towers is the death of a barb rush.
