Couple items for light reading:

USMC TM 05538C-23&P/2
This is the USMC technical manual on the M16. It was recommended to me as a good resource on AR15 work. Got it for the build from scratch i am putting together.

Also got Hatcher's Notebook. Fascinating reference.

It is hardly too strong to say that the Constitution was made to guard the people against the dangers of good intentions. There are men in all ages who mean to govern well, but they mean to govern. They promise to be good masters, but they mean to be masters. - Daniel Webster

I know some don't care for them, but picked this up today. It's a Randall, believe it to be Model #1 Special Fighter and has stag grips with stainless blade...nice and sharp.
