Not always need a CNC to make a mon-core or a k baffle
I have a few ideas on high product made with 17/18/19 century tech.
How about a every man price can??

Actully I have an idea for a suppresser for any caliber/gun.
It is not really portable but part of a bullet trap system
for gunsmiths like me that have noise senitive / nosie-ass neighbors

Never seen anything similiar , my design is not new , a modified Maximum design.
