Tin foil time!

Sounds like someone wants to paint our vets as unstable. They have been vilifying them and treating like shit for years, & unfortunately, I don't see any signs of that situation changing any time soon. I find this unacceptable, but I can't begin to understand how our vets feel about it, though I suspect they are pissed and feeling deeply betrayed, again.

I looked at several other sources and they say the same--do not see how over 8,000 veterans commit suicide per year

I just went thorough Annual Suicide Prevention Classes, and that was no even close to the number we were given. I think 2010, was something like 118 soldiers. So nationwide current and prior vets... I'd venture maybe 250-300 max in 2010. That's a far cry from 8,000... Myself and a few other Vets saw this coming as soon as the mental Health shit got purposed.
