Raise your glasses high.
Word has reached us that another man of honor, whom we at CDH hold in high esteem and respect, has lost his life tonight. Chris Kyle, revered in the military community where his superior skills as a sniper no doubt saved a lot of lives of our military. The only facts we know for certain is that he was gunned down while trying to help another soldier with PTSD.
A suspect has been arrested named Eddie , facts are still emerging. I am not going to jump to conclusions about any of this until I hear more.
He was a Hero, a NAVY Seal, a by God Texan, and the man who punched Jesse Ventura in the face. ~Texas Son

The winter chill lulls many to sleep
but for us the price is to steep
weapons in hand we prepare for the fight
never to quit in the long night

It wakens our souls and fires our lives
it lets us know to sharpen our knives
let the enemy beware us now
they will never make us bow

Swords flash and the song sings
today we collect many armrings
brothers strong, true and proud
let us wipe the sweat from our brow

Spears out to protect our flanks
there is never a need for thanks
we guard each other against this foe
and we make our enemy pay the toll

Other will never know the cost
they will never know who we lost
from ancient swords to modern guns
we fight these wars not because they're fun

We stand in the winter winds
we stand beside our friends
so that you could stay at home
play xbox and talk on the phone

We fight because of the need
we fight to stop the greed
no one else will if we don't
this is true, it is known

For the fallen you now rest
let us finish the quest are done
it's time for us to continue the run

The winter chill brings us to life
so that we fight against the strife
brothers of old, brothers of new
whoever they are, they are damn few ~The Dragon
