Just enough to keep it going. It runs fine and I've already fixed everything else. I cut the cat out a while back. I realize that's the crap part because any by the book shop will have to put one back on.

The exhaust is to the point that the fumes get in the cab when sitting still, that's why I want to do it. At least get them all the way to the back...lol

If you are ever out in Stanton, there is an excellent place called Joey's Muffler shop. His prices and quality of work are definitely worth the drive, even from Louisville. Plus he will overlook the fact that there is no cat.

I used some of that exhaust putty crap on all the joints in it last year and it worked for a while.

Ulterior motive is that this is really the only thing left that makes it anywhere near not safe to drive, and if I can get it good I am going to see about loaning or giving it to the ex so I can sell the damn sante fe that I am still paying for.

$100 long tubes from Autoblown, 1 $35 fully welded stainless Thrush Hush muffler, a $10 turn down and a visit to the dude on Hwy 44 between Shep and Mt. Washington in that little shop. I think it's Xpert exaust or something. I know the dude, He does awesome friggen work at a reasonable price.
