Still having issues? You shouldn't have to answer that question if you already have an account. That should only be for new registrations. Make sure you're clicking on the "Power Symbol" (circle with a line through the top) at the Top Right Corner to login and not the icon that's a Square with a pencil. The icons may also change depending on the theme you're using.
