To my mind, there can be two reasons: 1) The mention of a religious figure has offended a moderator, or 2) the fact that I disagreed with the masses is unacceptable. I have to assume the former is more likely than the latter.
Unless I'm missing something, there are currently no posted rules. And at worst, my post could be considered 'politically incorrect'. Is that the definition of an inappropriate post on KAC?
I'm especially intrigued by having received a warning when, for example, other thread titles include the following (seemingly without issue):
http://www.kentuckyarmoryclub.com/viewt ... f=15&t=577
http://www.kentuckyarmoryclub.com/viewt ... f=15&t=327
http://www.kentuckyarmoryclub.com/viewt ... f=15&t=114
Not to mention a slew of other less than tasteful posts. To be clear, I'm not griping about 'less than tasteful'. Less than tasteful is my preference.
But when there is a selective enforcement of undisclosed rules, there's a hypocrisy and a problem. Just because someone dissents who is not in the 'in group', warnings are issued?
If this is truly the road this forum is headed down, then this isn't the forum for me.
