Shoot one, you'll then understand. Price is very fair on this package. Read up on the history of the AK rifle. It is the most copied firearm on earth. They flat out work, and they shoot a big round capable of mucho damagiosos. They are not sub MOA at 300 yard rifles. You either love them or hate them. With WASRS going for $500 these days, this is a steal of a deal. If I needed another AK, I'd buy it. I just can't justify spending the cash given "I'm good" in the AK department.
Buy this AK someone, you will not regret it. and if you do, it'll be worth much more this time next year.

I have shot more than one and can't say I love them but do think it would be a good gun to have

I'd need to have details/specs and stuff to run it by my guru. I barely know which end of an AR to point towards my target. This will be my learning AR. Let me know what you're suggesting/offering and we will see what my SME says.
FYI I will be at a Bachelor/Bachelorette party this evening so might not reply quickly.

Just sayin' having an "ar guru" is the ghey.
And my low ball offer was fair. Higher than a pawn shop I always say.
Keep AK and eat ramens for a few months to buy ar. Come Shtf, you'll want an AK.

It's a hopped up .22. Polymer lower is fine.

Now if anyone wants to trade me a 2000 dollar AR with an Eotech for my AK I will run it by Rob.
