Doesn't matter, you are supposed to be able to "easily" bring the weapon back to the OAL listed but no one ever gets cited for that.

So is my best bet to do the stamp for 5.5" or whatever and then just use whatever longer length I like? If I do that, would I have to build a 5.5" gun and then change it or could I just build it as a 10.whatever" and get the stamp for shorter?
