This means counties like Fayette in particular will be forced to sign off on NFA purchases. As long as it is legal to own in Fayette county. So I would suppose they will either make them illegal in Fayette or challenge this in court. But this is definitely a start in the right direction.

I hope this passes but I don't know why someone would not do it under a trust. Trust is so much easier and more flexible.

How long is the process with a trust? I am new to all this but would eventually like to get a suppressor.
