I have all my shit together now to mail off my form to big brother. Now where do I mail it to? Quick google search I'm seeing WV and GA. I'm assuming the one that's on the paper is where it actually needs to go but I don't want to just assume. Shit takes long enough as it is without me fucking it up...haha Does it go here?
