Armslist Question

When Armslist.com first came out, it was a Gun Whore's dream. Now under it's current rules, I wonder if it isn't a "de facto" firearm registry. I am all for charging the monthly fees as they now do but they collect most of the info that ffl's are required to gather. I don't think that they intentionally glean this information but it's there. If they were to be compelled by a unconstitutional agency to give over their cashe of buyers and sellers data????

I'm just thinking. If you use Armslist, please put your text or email info in the ad!!!! I'm sure you would get more responses. LOL. Especially if you live in Middletown and have a Remington 700 7mm mag advertised for $475!

They screwed up and went too far. I probably bought and sold two dozen guns when it was free, and I would happily pay a fee to sell. I won’t, however pay just to browse. If they change their model to just charge sellers then I would come back, but I haven’t even looked at Armslist in months. I used to check it every day.

as soon as I see that kindly and very vague description I will never reply back to them because it's just spam or scam
