For anyone who needed proof that none of these laws are based on facts, the people in charge of them wouldn't know a fact if it hit them in the face

I watched .25 of Delib (D) CA and determined that he is correct
Those plastic guns , 80/90 % blanks and jigs need to be outlawed in CA

Cause any human stupid enough to vote for that clown is not smart enough to own a Twinkie let alone a gun

Here's the entire conference. If he says "engine" and/or ghost one more time my head is going to explode.

Anyone else catch how he keep using the word undetectable instead of untraceable as if somehow not having a S/N makes the gun "undetectable"

Sorry folks but I am sad to report that DeLib has just passed a law by emergency degree and signed by the Governor (before he was stabbed with the sword and then shot in the head) that out of state FFLs must pay 50.000 Klingon slug worms for every sarcastic post made on the Internet about Delib's stupid hair and his highly technical powerless knowledge of ghost guns.

And I was just served with a bench warrent by the CA Keystone Cops.
The chief is standing behind DeLib in the news conference.

This is the same guy that wanted to ban airsoft guns as well because criminals use the to look like real guns to commit crimes. I'm sure all those drug dealing, gang bangers using those guns for illegal purposes will just turn in their guns when you pass the law cause they care some much about obeying the law.

No one has pointed out that he is holding an SBR. So it has been tax stamped and BATFE approved and waitied on.

That brings up an interesting question. If you buy an 80% lower (no s/n) and complete it yourself (perfectly legal) can you not make it an SBR since there would be no serial number to submit on the form 4?

You'd submit a Form 1. According to the instructions on the form you (as the maker) have to assign it a serial number. I think "FUATF" would be a good choice.
