I've been saying that for 20 years... Like the first Sun of every month in every single prison yard in the country and make every last one of them watch. Turn it into a big event, food, novelty ropes and other shit like that for the public. Ropes are fairly cheap and reusable. I bet at least the first years worth of ropes would be covered by donations. I know I would gladly donate quite a few if they would use them...haha If there were a real consequence them maybe criminals would think twice before doing stupid shit.

Agreed. But with the way our gov like to regulate things now.....the ropes would have to be special ropes that wouldnt chaffe the neck and would be produced outside the US and imported. Then they would have to be inspected and tested thoroughly before apporved for use. :llama:
