Horse shit. Pure and simple. That was deliberate, and the fact that they are trying to say it was an accident is an insult to everyone with half a brain, and a statement as to what they think of thier audience.
This "apology" is only as a result of massive complaints to the Comcast Board of Directors (for those that don't know, Comcast owns NBC and all of thier affiliates).
