Another federal "assault weapons" ban bill and an age restriction bill submitted by Dianne Turn them All In Feinstein
She cites the Monterey Park shooting
BREAKING: Federal Assault Weapons & Magazine Bans Submitted...There's MORE Too!!
Bans the sell and transfer of 205 named AWs and others by features including shoulder things that go up.
Mandates "safe" storage
The usual mag stuff
Ban bump stocks and any device that allows a semi autos to fire at FA rates
etc etc etc... I think you know the routine by now.
AW bill
To regulate assault weapons, to ensure that the right to keep and bear
arms is not unlimited, and for other purposes
I doubt Beshear will ever sign it so I hope they have enough votes for an override.
And don't you just love how the article in the 2nd sentence makes sure you know there was ANOTHER "mass shooting"
I just read an article about a new push in Ky for red flag laws. I can’t find the article again though.

Looks like Louisville's clown face mayor is getting ready to announce that all confiscated firearms in Louisville will be destroyed instead of being auctioned off or even being given back to the rightful owners.
Story is supposed to break at noon.

The guns will also get a warning label with stats about gun violence in the city, including how many Louisville children have been killed. It will also promote legislation to change Kentucky law.
More smoke and mirrors.
The guns will be still be sold, as is required by state law, but while in police custody the firing pins will be removed. Guess because you can't trust the police with those guns.
And how about on those warning label they include a photo of the people killing those "children" and an explanation why they were out on the street?
BTW: They count anyone 24 and younger as a child now.

I don't see this helping their problem one bit.
Waste of time.
An Oregon judge accused sheriffs who, citing the Constitution, refuse to enforce federal and state gun control laws of embracing "racist and white nationalist ideologies."
