Looks like his momma owns some undeveloped property in this Big Bear area.

I wonder if he was smart enough to have a cache in place?

Re: Ex cop declares war on LAPD
Wait, what if that is him?
There are criminals among us who are both homicidal and incorrigible. Their parents took a shot at civilizing them and failed. Their school teachers took a shot at them and failed. The odds are overwhelming that government welfare programs and penal institutions took a shot at them and failed. If it ever becomes your turn to take a shot at them, don’t fail.

Ex cop declares war on LAPD
The funny thing about this is how they worded the reward lol. It said "leading to the capture and conviction" there is no way he will go down without a firefight if found. I can see them getting away without paying out the reward due to the way it is written out.Harb wrote:Now the LAPD is offering a $1 million reward. HAHAHA. Where is the money coming from? The state's broke! They honestly think people are going to get involved and risk being shot?

Re: Ex cop declares war on LAPD
And that's just the kind of bullshit trick I would expect from them. I'm almost hoping they don't catch up with him. That would be a huge FU to LAPD, one which is loooooonnnnggggggg over due.

Bingo....they will not have to pay that reward. Not that they could anyway.Smithengineered wrote:The funny thing about this is how they worded the reward lol. Re: Ex cop declares war on LAPD
As far as I know, the reward is being offered by LA, NOT the LAPD. As in, no police money that could be used on better equipment or pay for officers will not be used on this instead.Harb wrote:Now the LAPD is offering a $1 million reward. HAHAHA. The article I read said the money was from "public and private sources" but did not specify.Whootsinator wrote:As far as I know, the reward is being offered by LA, NOT the LAPD. Yep, that's what I've heard... but no sources anywhere. Specifically I heard that LA officials are offering the reward, but some of the money is coming from "corporate sponsors".ChopperDoc wrote:The article I read said the money was from "public and private sources" but did not specify.Whootsinator wrote:As far as I know, the reward is being offered by LA, NOT the LAPD. If they have him there this is probably over. They have the capability and resources to corner him and play the waiting game.

Re: Ex cop declares war on LAPD
LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- A person believed to be triple-murder suspect Chris Dorner was involved in a shootout with police in the San Bernardino Mountains Tuesday, a law enforcement official told The Associated Press.
The officer told The Associated Press it's believed Dorner committed a residential burglary of a cabin and had a couple tied up in the cabin. One was able to get away and make a call. Authorities responded to the location and gave chase when Dorner fled in a stolen car. Gunfire was exchanged.
A federal law enforcement source confirmed to ABC News that surveillance video of a man buying scuba gear at a Sports Chalet in Torrance on Feb. 1 was Dorner. The video was obtained by TMZ on Monday. Investigators are also looking into reports that Dorner checked into a Manhattan Beach hotel and wrote his manifesto there.
The LAPD said at a news conference Tuesday morning that it is looking into more than 1,000 tips from the public.
Authorities raided a hotel in Tijuana, Mexico, on Monday night, hoping to capture Dorner, but he was not found.

Two hit, not necessarily 'shot dead', at least one is still being evac'd.

yeah he is done if it is a stand off.
Being mobile is the only possible way he might survive.
He was not too far from his burned out truck.

If they get him today Chinese women delivering newspapers and black men all over LA county can rest a little easier that they won't get shot on sight by the LAPD.

Reporting that he may have had two homeowners tied up, one escaped notifying authorities.
He then fled in a stolen car after exchanging fire.http://news.yahoo.com/ap-source-ex-cop- ... 01702.html
