There are criminals among us who are both homicidal and incorrigible. Their parents took a shot at civilizing them and failed. Their school teachers took a shot at them and failed. The odds are overwhelming that government welfare programs and penal institutions took a shot at them and failed. If it ever becomes your turn to take a shot at them, don’t fail.

There's no such thing as "accidentally discharged"
More proof that Democrats cannot be trusted with firearms![Sarcastic :llama:](./images/smilies/llama.gif)

Funny comments lol. But yea they dont just go off by themselves. Negligent discharge cause she was playing with it or had it stuffed in her purse or something. Also i thought only open carry was legal in gov buildings not CC? So if she had it concealed that would be illegal and if it was open carried it had to be holstered. Stinks of BS and she probably never should have owned the gun to begin with. Cant fix stupid.

the only accident was the state giving an untrained politician a permit.

Moms Demand Action Kentucky Chapter Calls for the Resignation of Representative Leslie Combs After Her Gun Discharged Inside the State Capitol Annex

The Kentucky chapter of Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America is calling for the resignation of Kentucky State Representative Leslie Combs (KY-94) after discharging a semi-automatic handgun in the Kentucky State Capitol Annex on Tuesday evening.
Our lawmakers should be held to the highest of standards, and should never put others in harms way. As a concealed-carry permit holder, Rep. Combs should understand the risks of handling a loaded gun within close proximity of others. She not only put her own life in danger, but that of her colleague Rep. Jeff Greer (KY-27) who was present at time of the incident when her gun discharged and ricocheted inside her office. Rep. Combs’ actions set a poor example for those who hold her in high regard, including Kentucky’s children.
Moms Demand Action will not wait for another ‘accidental’ and preventable tragedy to happen. We are calling for the immediate resignation of Rep. Combs, as incidents such as this cannot be tolerated, especially when involving an elected official. Current law in Kentucky allows firearms to be openly carried in any city-owned facility in Kentucky — including libraries, parks, city council chambers and city hall; the judicial branch sets firearm restrictions in court buildings. Moms Demand Action are urging members to contact their lawmakers and insist firearms be prohibited in city and state owned and operated properties for the safety of our community.

Re: Lawmaker's gun discharges at Capitol Annex in Frankfort
where in the world are these people getting these guns that 'go off' all the time?
Did she have a 1911 without a firing pin block and dropped it on the muzzle from a high distance?
Did she have a single action pistol with the hammer back and safety off and kept her lipstick in the trigger guard?
Did she have a pet monkey that carries her gun around for her and can stop playing with it?
