BAGHDAD — The head of police in Iraq’s Anbar province says the city center of Fallujah has fallen completely into the hands of fighters from the al Qaeda-linked Islamic State in Iraq and Levant.
Hadi Razeij, head of the Anbar police force, said police had left the city center entirely and had positioned themselves on the edge of town.
He said on Arabic language broadcaster al-Arabiya: “The walls of the city are in the hands of the police force, but the people of Fallujah are the prisoners of ISIL.”

There are criminals among us who are both homicidal and incorrigible. Their parents took a shot at civilizing them and failed. Their school teachers took a shot at them and failed. The odds are overwhelming that government welfare programs and penal institutions took a shot at them and failed. If it ever becomes your turn to take a shot at them, don’t fail.

Re: Fallujah has fallen
I don't want to save the world. I want to bring back the USA and then and if ever then I would think about helping others by giving food to starving countries (not to those who chant death to infidels ever nor those who burn American flags). This would be after we were out of debt completely and we wouldn't provide soldiers nor security, only food to help peaceful nations get back on track in a hard time or disaster.

Bring out troops home, lets protect our boarders, and screw the rest. Why are we always the world police.
Not everyone can be a winner or get a trophy, we are raising a society full of pu**ies

It was just a matter of time. Figured that'd be the first to fall. Still pisses me off at the pictures of the men hanging from the bridge.

People who don't want to be saved can't be saved.

Re: Fallujah has fallen
Hussein obama pulled our troops out and is still cutting our military down to the size of a 3rd world country.
We will be truly screwed if another Pearl Harbor, 911, etc ever happens again. We would be lucky to have 3 allies at the present time.

I love the Brits, but they really jacked that part of the world up, back in the day.

Vietnam anyone, seems I remember a quote.
"Them who do not remember history, are doomed to repeat it"
I guess the same could be said of the civil war.
The Infection is coming to a head .

Re: Fallujah has fallen
Not that it would of made much difference but our endgame usually sucks, and the powers that be usually leave the natives that allied with us hanging in the breeze.

Re: Fallujah has fallen
What a shame, but not surprised one bit. All that life and limb and treasure lost. All based on a "LIE" that's is hard for me to consider "THEY" didn't know was a lie from the get go and no one got tried for treason or war profitering.
