Calling for the impeachment of Supreme Court Justices should they overturn ObamaCare.

Where exactly in the constitution does it say free health care for all? I'm having trouble finding that amendment...

This whole article is written under the false premise that this health care law is constitutional. Anyone who has actually read the Constitution should clearly be able to see that it is NOT constitutional. Our Constitution (the highest laws in the land) can’t simply be ignored regardless of how bad we might want something or how great we think it will be. That does not matter. Calling for the impeachment of a judge that upholds the Constitution is utterly ridiculous. It also shows that person holds their ideology more important than the laws of this country.

That arrogant prick! Trying to bully the Supreme Court?! Is he insane?! Even his own appointees are not going to like being told that they are incapable of doing thier jobs and that his highness is the one to determine whether something is constitutional or not.

This jackass has to go, now. Even Biden couldn't screw things up any worse in the time he has left.

Hoping this crap backfires on him and all he's done is unite the court against him. The SC has shown a history of not liking being threatened. Be interesting to see how Obama's lap dog (Sotomayor) will react, if at all.

Sotomayor actually worked on the Obamacare bill while a member of his administration. There was a call for her to excuse herself from this but she couldn't (publicly) see a reason why. Plus her comments during the question phase clearly showed she doesn't even think this should be before the SC in the first place.

Kagan I'm not so sure about.
