A co-workers 30+ year old nephew was diagnosed with it and went from healthy person with active lifestyle in 6 months to quadraplegic with trouble even eating and breathing. Requires full time care. Horrible disease!

My friend from the fire department just passed away with this last week. He was always positive and outgoing, and watching him waste away was painful for me. Beautiful barrel top..... thanks for reminding me of my friend. Good memories.
