Slo can you do patterns, or do you stick the the "plain" style of following the lines of the frame?

Truthfully, I have never tried. I've thought about it but most people liked the plain more.

Not everybody wants to sit down and work on a frame for hours on end.

The shield above has around 8-9 hours in it. It's not just stippling. There is hours of shaping and grinding before the iron ever gets turned on.

If you know what you are doing, it shouldn't take that long. Plus you don't sit down and do the whole gun at one time. Then those everybody don't want their gun stipple. One more thing this is a forum where people voice their opinions, I mean opinions. So take it with a grain of salt. No need to an asshole about my opinion and then quote at the same time.

for those who have it, does it feel better than a 5 minute grip tape type application?

Remind me when we meet up sometime and I'll bring one or two he's done. Honestly, it feels real similar. Maybe a touch less agressive than the tape.

I have not stippled a plastic gun yet, but I have done stippling on target pistol
And that can take actual work time 2/4 hours and checkering can take much longer.

So 8 hour for total work in not out of question.

I stipple my Shield and it took three days to do because I took my time. All I was saying is that you can save money and learn how to do it yourself. But folks in here wanted to put me on full blast and I don't take kind to that. So I responded in my second log with a message for them. If you wanted to know the load down or even if you didn't there it is. So if you or anybody else want to be rude and nasty to me. Do it to my face or shut the fuck up and mind your own damn business. That's with all due respect to all.

There are criminals among us who are both homicidal and incorrigible. Their parents took a shot at civilizing them and failed. Their school teachers took a shot at them and failed. The odds are overwhelming that government welfare programs and penal institutions took a shot at them and failed. If it ever becomes your turn to take a shot at them, don’t fail.

So I don't know what I'm doing because I spend 8 hours on a frame, but yet it takes you 3 days.

I'd still love to see pics of your work.
