Glad to see that it's at least better for some.........

It still insn't satisfactory though.....

I have a couple more hail mary type things to try and going to give server host one more call tonight and see if we can find a solution.........

Thanks for the feedback and still would like to hear details from members relating to this issue.........my seem redundant, but it may spark an idea and gives me something to show customer service, as they persist its an ISP error......

Have we looked to see if it's primarily linked to browser platform? (ie: mostly only happens on chrome or ie etc)

This is a good idea.....

If you all don't mind up what browser you are using and your ISP (internet provider) and tell me if you have had issue or if you've been exempt thus far!!

I've tested around until I've gotten it in IE, Chrome, Firefox, and Opera.

Currently on AT&T and Insight, will try to VPN out to remote servers later to see if I get it in other parts of the country.

Most reliable way for me to reproduce is to think about posting something, leave the window open, remember it later, come back and get it

Yes, I only have an issue on my laptop and tablet when I have a topic open for several minutes........

Guy with customers service said "well who's going to wait 3 mins to post?"

They registered and made one post! And ofcourse the error didn't occur........

I can make it occur basically anytime........they just won't listen.........or put forth the effort......

I found out from a pretty reliable source that this "error" isn't even in any php scripts or database.....these errors aren't in the error log either.......There is some sort of weird issue with the server host and php.....

"Timed out" is not my problem...not recycling and going to just the new posts is. Rebooting doesn't help. Still, when I log on and hit "view new posts" it gives me a lot of old threads that have nothing new in them. I use Firefox. Been like this for several days.

Not sure, but I don't think this has to do with the forum or php?

When I click view new post, it shows the newest post at top and below will be a list of older post and post I haven't read...........maybe I am misunderstanding your issue??

Perhaps it has something to do with your browser? Have you cleared cookies and/or cache??

My phone Droid X2, 3G

Posting from wifes phone now Samsung Galaxy S, via 3G

Perhaps we finally tinkered enough and fixed it....

I haven't had one in a while now.......even those that were having the worst issues, seem to be ok at this point.....

I've tested it on PC, phone, tablet, laptop, different browsers etc, etc.......

I think we finally got the bugs works out
