The one big difference in the 'new' one is they are cutting an ejection port on the left side as well as the right, so it is fully ambidextrous ... All you need to do is rotate the bolt 180 degrees and have it mounted on an ambi lower ... and it works as well for lefties as it does for righties ...
Oh, the other thing that's different is they are doing away with the large logo on the side of the upper.
