Down here the Democrats take your money and your guns. The Republicans take your money but, you get to keep your guns.

Re: Looking for hunting land (part 2)

Don't know if you have checked out the new Boone tract at the KRWMA it's 1k acres of woods and hills. Lots of nice deer and when I drive by there it doesn't seem to be getting a lot of bow hunting pressure. It may be 2 or 3 days before I hear back from the second guy I asked. He don't have a telepho...

Watching the news. Obama is on. Had to switch channels. This is the worst I've seen from him. Saying we need to be like GB and Australia.

We do it every year and will continue to do so as long as the health holds out.
I knew you had expressed an interest when I mentioned it once before.

Trail ride

Just thought I'd put this out there as I know there are a few horse riders here. 17th annual Drennon Trail ride. October 10th and 11th. Both days the ride starts sometime around 10 to 11 am and usually last 5 to 6 hours. Primitive camping in the bottom across from the church starting Friday . $15 pe...

Re: Ky State Trooper killed, suspect on the loose.

This happens way too often and even once is too often. The world is a more crazy place. Procedures need to change. I'm sure 2 people per car doing traffic stops would be an advantage. Maybe not the most cost effective but, I'm sure every department could cut some administration in favor of more peop...

The windstream Dsl is so so. Forget about netflix. Even if you get 6 Meg down the latency will kill it. I had it for several years. Switched to TW and although a bit pricey. It's only been down for 4 days in 3 yrs.

I just tried to list machine screws on there and it got flagged! MACHINE SCREWS! Because it mentioned trigger guard or something. I have bought a lot of stuff off flee Bay because I can usually find the best price there. I guess I'm going to have to work a little harder to find good deals and not u...

Why would he exit his business and get involved in something when he has no idea what is going on? Sounds like a terrible decison, but may not be the whole story. Exactly. He's not the po-leece. Intervening to save the life of someone else is one matter, but he shot both of them! :? I'd expect to s...
