This is an easy one. Take the barrel off. Next install the barrel with the nut that came with the rail or tube. Once installed install the gas block and tube then slide the rail or tube on.

Yes I have used them not bad but not great. Had to polish the a few parts to get the trigger smooth and under 9 pounds. But they are cheap and they do work.
