I sold all my .40 long ago. Still not a fan of the round but I am on an H&K kick and it was too good to pass up the deal.

They are really popular for a lifting shoe because they have virtually no cushioning and cost 100 bucks less.

I've used mine for deads and squats a few times. I bought some Vibrams as well. Those are nice for the gym.

1997 3.4L 5Speed 4Runner to bounce off trees! My 84 there is definitely some fucks given. This one will have zero fucks given...Should be a lot of fun! haha When I get started, I'll make a post of progression. Not doing much other than some body straightening and some protection, right off the bat. Will probably go pretty wild with it eventually though...haha
