Keltec KSG
I have seen these things online before and thought they were pretty cool, but I would have to get a good deal and see plenty of reviews before I got one. I shouldered one today and they're badass. It's hard to picture how compact it is through pictures. The KSG is basically a Short Barreled Shotgun without the tax stamp. Now we just have to wait for someone to sell them for less than $1200

Re: Keltec KSG
I'm on a couple of waiting lists for a KSG. Oleg Volk is the Kel-Tec photographer and he just posted on his blog about his recent trip to Kel-Tec, and the racks of KSGs awaiting testing. Kel-Tec is a small company, but they are slowly expanding and increasing their production.
I was one of the people who emailed Kel-Tec's chief engineer and asked for a double magazine pump 12 gauge. Kel-Tec is a very customer oriented company.
The KSG should sell for about $600, if Kel-Tec supply could keep up with market demand, but it's not even close. That's why the prices are stratospheric. I'm a little ashamed to admit that I might be willing to pay $1200. I usually hold out for a good deal, but I'll be too old to enjoy it if I waited.
One of the places where I'm on a list apparently sold the last one for $1050. The other place is a tiny rural FFL, that sells everything for $20 over cost! Oh please, oh please, oh please!

Nice. I will definitely have to pick one up.

So the US Supreme Court has ruled that you have the right under the First Amendment to protest military funerals... I invite you to start your protest in my front yard and we can see if your first amendment is better than my Second Amendment...

Better than the $2,400 they were selling for.dbh wrote:Heard Lotus and Orion each had one for $1,200. I know the one at Lotus sold. That is sticking it your customers IMHO !!
There are criminals among us who are both homicidal and incorrigible. Their parents took a shot at civilizing them and failed. Their school teachers took a shot at them and failed. The odds are overwhelming that government welfare programs and penal institutions took a shot at them and failed. If it ever becomes your turn to take a shot at them, don’t fail.

Re: Keltec KSG
Same here, that's why I said screw waiting for KSGs to come down and bought a Saiga 12ga and going to be ordering the bullpup kit for it. Works out to around $900 for the gun & kit, but it'll be a semi vs pump. Still want the KSG though.nemo wrote:Still $400 more than I'm willing to pay.WLJ wrote:Better than the $2,400 they were selling for.dbh wrote:Heard Lotus and Orion each had one for $1,200. Re: Keltec KSG
I saw one at Oakwood a couple weeks ago. They said it was already sold for $1200 and they wouldn't let me handle it since it was already paid for. I would love to shoulder one to see how they feel.
