Just a simple question, how many AR15s do you own?
I know many people dont like this sort of information out there but I just want to get an idea of how many the average gun aholic has

I think having more than 6, you start moving into the excessive category... but that's just me. I don't need 20 ARs setup 20 different ways. That's a lot of money tied up that could have went to more useful things... just my .02

"Excessive" is very vague.
If I had more room I wouldn't consider 10-15 "excessive".
But for me things get crammed at three.

One rifle set up for general use per capable person (including kids who will be capable in the future) in the house, plus particular use rifles seems perfectly reasonable... whether you have a coyote gun, benchrest gun, recce style rifle, short SBRs... or whatever else you want.

I honestly didn't know the answer to this question when I first read it. I think 4? I'd have to dig through the safe but I really have no idea anymore.

True Dat, anything more than 3 cars is excessive? oops I do that too. Currently on cufflinks...like 125 pair and growing. Something for me to do, never wear the same pair twice yet. I like what I like and do what I want. FTMFW
