Not in person. It is a Wildcat round that Armscor decided to produce for a 1911 patterned pistol. They are they only manufacturer of the ammo & the pistol, I'm not aware of any other commercially produced handguns that shoot this cartridge or any other makers of the cartridge.

As I understand it, the pistol also comes with a 9mm barrel for use when the .22 ammo is not in stock anywhere. The magazines are said to work with both cartridges.

A 40 grain .221 bullet at 2100 FPS, I'm guessing it was intended to compete with the FN 5.7. Why? Who can say? Seems like another answer looking for a question, to me.
