Barnes TSX bullets?
I got my ammo order from Palmetto State Armory today for some 6.8 spc. I ordered some Silver State Armory 110 gr. Pro hunters, but they sent me SSA with 110 gr. Barnes TSX bullets. It's not a big deal and they actually cost about $8 more a box than the pro hunters. I was just wondering if anyone had experience with Barnes TSX bullets on game such as deer or coyotes.

Re: Barnes TSX bullets?
My knowledge of Barnes TSX comes from what other reliable people have said about the 5.56 TSX bullets.
Load some up and see how your rifle handles it with paper first... Of course that goes without saying if you need to zero it for hunting. Barnes says it is a 1moa capable projectile, but some rifles don't like it. If it groups well on paper I would say you're good to go.

If it makes you feel any better, it's marketed as a hunting projectile.
