report first time trying with my g26

Post by etownguy » Sun Nov 04, 2012 4:50 pm

Finally got a chance to really shoot this today it is a decent shooting pistol. Out of the 350 rounds I have put through there had been no issues. I need to get used to the trigger I pull off pretty bad. This is something I am just going to have to get over I am not going to put a light trigger in it since it will be a carry gun. I did take it apart and polish all the metal parts inside before shooting today.

To add detail stripping this gun is sooo easy compared to the xdm. I do appreciate the simplicity of it.

First pic is 16 rounds from the glock and the 2nd pic is 16 from my xdm40. Both were slow deliberate shots. Both targets 10 yards away.

I love my G27, which is exactly the same pistol, save it's in .40 caliber.

I chose the G27 because I can put a LW conversion barrel & change mags to run 9mm in it (in my case, with complete confidence and reliabilty), or put the AA .22 conversion kit on it. It's the single most versatile handgun I own.
