The group buy for Huntertown Arms Guardian Suppressors looks like it is a go...
I will monitor this thread until the end of the month (3/31/2014) placing an order then on 4/1/2014 (that's April Fool's day, isn't it? ) ... If anyone has any superstitions around that date, let me know... I will deal with it accordingly...
Here are the ground rules (as if we need them....) :
1) a simple statement of reply (I'll take 1 Guardian micro 22, etc.) is all you will need to confirm order
2) Discussion of trusts, efiling, etc. should be part of another thread to keep this one as clean as possible
3) If you have to back out before the order is placed, please PM me as well as letting me know in this thread
4) When they arrive at the FFL, I would hope there will be an orderly procession to get them paid for and paperwork done.
5) that's it for now... if need be, I will edit this post with any additions
The price will be $120.00 all inclusive (suppressor and shipping... not your tax stamp fee )

These models all have 1/2-28 threads, but there are some other options for adapters available -- some examples are:
P22, GSG, Mosquito, PS90 barrel shroud and others that may not have the 1/2-28 thread... There is even an adapter available that a gunsmith could custom make for 'oddball threading'

Sorry adayton. I will have to pull out on this one. I just read that the 5.56 Krestel can also be used on a 22 as well. I can save quite a bit of money by killing two birds with one stone by buying a 5.56 suppressor.

If you are just going to use it on a rifle go with the 556. If there is any chance of using it on a pistol get both.

Interested in the new Kestrel .308 (not 7.62, which is intended for AK platforms).

My stainless Kestrel .22 is my 2nd favorite .22 can, after my Sparrow.

I have to clarify to the group here that even though we are calling this the 'Guardian 22 group buy', you are not limited to the Guardian 22 and I have given special GB pricing to a few of you in PM's to me requesting other suppressor models. This morning, I had the question posed to me "do I have to buy a Guardian 22 in order to get a different model at the special price?" (paraphrased) ..... and the answer is definitely 'NO' ... I just didn't want to complicate the GB by offering 'everything under the sun' and have to try and keep track of it...
Hope that clears things up If I had it muddied a little...
I am placing the order on Tuesday morning ... and it looks like we have enough to do it easily with the additional 'Non-Guardian 22' orders I have requested in PM's ... I will publish a list by Monday on this thread and then on Tuesday, 'pull the trigger' ...

I count 6 total in on the Guardian 22's and I have 7 that I have to confirm that have requested other than Guardian 22's ...
A lesson learned regarding group buys this time around... trying to make it easy really complicates the hell out of it...
I am going to hold off until mid afternoon to actually place the order tomorrow.
I need to have confirmation from those of you that have placed orders for non-Guardian 22 suppressors and I will be PM'ing you this evening and hopefully will have full confirmation back by noon or so tomorrow.

Just found out Huntertown has a Guardian .45 they are tooling up for right now... NO APRIL FOOL ...

Found it in an email from the rep a couple weeks ago and it said in the email they were getting set to manufacture in a couple weeks ... so they should be cranking them out now...
