training certificate delivery time?

I already have my CCDW, but my younger brother took his today,and swears he will have his training certificate in a week.
Despite the new laws and proposed laws that I have been able to find, is it still 15-30 days?

Mine took every bit of 30 days, but it was around the holidays.

If he gets his in a week ask him who he blew to get it that quick. Only way he could have.

My last class was less than 2 weeks from the day I mailed them. I was shocked.

4weeks pretty common. From what i have been hearing.
