Good to see, except for the morons who dropped out the part about doing away with the handgun permit BS. In case you don't know, it is a permit to own a handgun, and the CCDW is not considered a permit to own a handgun. IIRC you have to have a permit for every serial number, so registration of handguns in NC is alive and well.
