Open Carry

Post by kyswede » Sat May 19, 2012 11:08 pm

I open carried my RIA 1911 today at the flea market. 1st time ever open carrying. When it was time to go home, the RIA went back in its case and the Taurus PT-145 went back IWB. Nice to have options.
Cutting grass is the price I gladly pay for not being cold.

I've been open carrying here in Owensboro for a few months, took the CCDW class today. Will be nice to have more options when I get the permit.

Rob that just means you'd be in some money.... I usually don't go that way just depends on the officer.

I OC a lot, just to try and educate people. I have actually educated a lot of people believe it or not. When I OC I always make sure in dressed nicely just to give that good impression. Haven't been stopped by any police.... Yet

I'll be nice long as they are nice. I dont expect them to know every law considering they are rushed through the academy. I also don't expect them to be inconsiderate rude judgemental and disrespectful either though.
