Hydrographics on my gun?

Doesn't fit in the other categories? Maybe just want to post up some humor or random happening? This is the place for it.

Told them what I wanted to do -Stock, receiver, barrel and attached the pic. They sent me back pricing for the stock and barrel but not the receiver.
Then they don't have FFL

May want to try AH , he did it at one time.

I looked at it myself.

A "kit" was 100.00 for 3 meters and stuff.

What? They have pricing for AR-15 and standard Shotgun receivers. Who is AH?

This is the place I'm talking with http://www.camo-solutions.com/
You said they only quoted stock and barrel, only know what you say.

Not important.

There was another place in Louisville that did it too but I think they are history.

Sorry about AH reference. Like peaple call me cranky /AH Armor-Hyde.

http://www.kyhydrographics.com/index.html

See this place only list stocks so I would assume they have no FFL

Camo Solution will not get my business. They finally replied with the pricing of the receiver and just emailed a price. They did not say Sorry we missed that, Thanks such and such, we'd be glad to have your business, or anything. Just 1 incomplete reply then another one word reply.

Emailed AH. He was very informative and helpful I will say. Unfortunately, he said they did not over hydrographics anymore and were unpleased with their trials of the process.

Emailed another company, which I cannot recall off the top of my head who sent me a reply with their process and seemed nice. Asked for pricing since I liked what I heard and have not received a reply back in I think 5 days.

Looks like it might stay as is

If AH is not pleased with Hydrodiping, you might take that as a clue.

Personally I like Krylon.
I can camo to match where-ever, strip and recamo for different AO if needed.
All for the price of a couple of rattlecans and brake cleaner.

Just my $.02
